[M1][Monterey] Scene and Game views flicker when moving cursor between them and Maximize On Play
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Move mouse between scene and game view over Maxime On Play
Expected result: Editor behaves normally
Actual result: Scene and game view start flickering
Reproducible with: 2020.3.21f1, 2020.3.22f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2
Notes:
No repro on M1 Mac Mini with Big Sur
No repro on Intel MacBook Pro with Monterey
