[M1] Game view display area overlaps Control Bar
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "SlowDownTest.zip"
2. Open Game view
Expected results: Game view display area below Control Bar
Actual results: Game view display area overlaps Control Bar
Reproduced in: 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a12
Notes:
- Could not reproduce on Intel-based Apple machine.
- The issue is only reproducible on Apple Silicon Editor.

It worsened in 2021.2.b015, the overlapping is now on all sides, heavy flickering with rendering artifacts
