[M1] Errors building when Apple Silicon or Intel 64-bit is selected as Build Architecture
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's "vpe-rock.zip" project
2. Open the Build Settings and change Architecture to "Intel 64-bit" or "Apple silicon"
3. Click Build
Expected result: Build is successful
Actual result: Error "Multiple precompiled assemblies with the same name VisualPinball.Engine.PinMAME.dll included on the current platform. Only one assembly with the same name is allowed per platform." is thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.2.9f1, 2021.3.0f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.8f1 (library errors or fails to load the project)
Reproducible on: macOS 12.4 (M1 Max)
