[M1] Custom Shader produces visual artifacts when in Apple Silicon build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make a build
3. Open the built Player
4. Observe the rendering
Expected result: No visual artifacts are seen
Actual result: Visual artifacts are seen
Reproducible with: 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a19
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.28f1 (Cannot build for Apple Silicon)
