[XR][Android][URP] Mobile VR application crashes if using GLES2 and URP
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build to Android device
Expected result - Application does not crash or Unity should not allow user to build with specifications if we don't support GLES2+LWRP on VR
Actual result - Build is successful and crash occurs
Notes:
1. Reproducible with LWRP 5.2.3 and 4.6.0,3.0.0 package versions
2. Reproducible with Cardboard, Oculus and Daydream
Reproducible with - 2019.1.0a14, 2018.3.1f1, 2018.3.0b1

Resolution Note:
Unity's support for Cardboard, Daydream, and GearVR has been deprecated in our 2019.3 release and will be removed in a future release. As such, we're deprioritizing our support for those XR platforms, and won't be actively fixing issues related to the platform.
This issue is being marked as Won't Fix. If that resolution isn't appropriate, please reopen the issue and let us know the issue's impact for you.
