[LWRP] Unchecking Receive Shadows checkbox on Mesh Renderer does not disable receiving shadows
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (link in edit)
2. Open the "testScene" scene
2. Select the Ground object in the scene
3. In the Mesh Renderer, uncheck the Receive Shadows checkbox
4. Observe that Ground still receives shadows
Expected: unchecking the Receive Shadows checkbox makes the object not receive shadows
Reproduced in 2018.1.8f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a5
Couldn't test on 2017.4 and earlier, the LWRP template doesn't exist
