[LWRP] Objects have odd shadows cast on them when using Shadow Cascades
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestFor1059695.zip" project's SampleScene
2. Move around the Scene
3. Observe the odd shadows on the objects at certain angles
Expected result: Objects are evenly illuminated
Actual result: Objects have odd shadows cast on them
Lightweight Render Pipeline is a new feature in Unity 2018.1
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.8f1 (Unity 2018.1 doesn't support newest LWRP versions)
Note: the issue occurs when using LWRP 2.0.4 and 2.0.5 versions
