[LWRP] Mesh positions are set incorrectly when using SRP Batching
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project "SRPBatchingTest.zip"
2. Build and run
3. In the build, switch off and on the SRP batching
Expected: the squares are spread out
Actual: the squares appear in the same place
Reproduced in: 2019.1.10f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a10
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.30f1*, 2018.4.4f1*
Notes:
Can't build due to LWRP errors
No repro on iPhone 7 Plus iOS 12.0
Reproducible on OpenGLES3
Not reproducible on Windows Standalone.
Repro project has Vulkan enabled by default.
