[LWRP][Android] Screen of application is black when apk is built with command line tools
To reproduce:
1. Extract UnityRenderingWithLWRPBug.zip
2. Open the command line and build the project through there
3. Use: "C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Unity.exe" -batchmode -nographics -quit -projectPath "project path" -executeMethod TestUICrash.TestingBuilding.BuildAndroid
4. Wait till the apk is built in the project folder ( build.apk)
5. Install to the Android device
Actual result: The screen is black and glitchy
Expected result: The application should look the same as it would be built via the editor

Reproduced with: 2019.2.10f1; 2020.1.0a11
Does not reproduce on 2020.1.0a12
It does not build on lower versions.
