Low opacity Raw Image when using 10-bit 4K HDR Display
How to reproduce:
- Open the project "IN-64240_HDRP Multi-Camera UI HDR Tests v1-3"
- Open the “Test B” scene
- Drag the Game View window to a 10-bit 4K HDR-capable display and maximize it
- Enter Play mode
- In the Game window press the 'H' key to enable HDR
- Observe the Scene window
Expected result: Game and Scene windows display a raw image, which appears to have high -opacity- saturation
Actual result: Scene window displays a raw image, which appears to have low -opacity- saturation, high gamma
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.1.0a16, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.6f1, 2023.3.0b2
-Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.1.0a15-

Note: a workaround is to enable “S Camera” and disable “Black BG” (child of “Canvas”)
