[Playables] Looping AnimationClipPlayable is slowed down when normalized time is between 0 and -0.5
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1226151-PlayablesNegativeTime.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("SampleScene")
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Inspect the Game View
Expected result: Animation is being played back at a constant speed
Actual result: Animation slows down when normalized time is between 0 and -0.5
Reproducible with: 2018.4.18f1, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a4
Couldn't test with 2017.4 (project breaking after downgrade)
