Splines data points added when using the Spline Width tool ignore the Default Width value
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Splines.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "Spline" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Select the Width tool in the Scene view control bar and place it anywhere on the Spline in the Scene view
Expected result: The Width tool is placed. Spline Width remains the same as the Default Width (Set in the Width Spline Data Script)
Actual result: The Width tool is placed. Spline Width becomes 0
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.8, 1.0.0-pre.9 (2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0b8, 2022.2.0a5)
Could not test with: 1.0.0-pre.8 (2019.4.25f1, 2020.3.29f1) (Spline Package code errors in console)
