Locked project browser lose their state in "One Column" mode when another window is maximized and unmaximized
How to reproduce:
- Create and open a new project
- Open two or more Project windows
- Set all of them to “One Column Layout“
- Create a non-trivial folder structure in your project
- Navigate to different sub-folders in each window instance
- Lock each Project window
- Maximize and unmaximize any window
- Observe each Project tab
Actual result: All Project tabs are in the same state (scroll + expanded/collapsed folders)
Expected result: All Project windows retain their state from before the maximize/minimize operation
Reproducible in: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.64f1, 6000.3.1f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Not reproducible with “Two Column Layout“
- See video linked in forums for a better repro than the attached video: https://discussions.unity.com/t/another-confirmed-bug-closed-with-wont-fix/1704009/17

This is low-hanging fruit to improve quality of life in Unity to what it's SUPPOSED to behave like. So now we have to live with a bug because you can't be bothered to fix it. Great. Keep up the good work.
