LocationService does not ask user for permission to retrieve geolocation data when on WebGL Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "GeolocationWebGL.zip"
2. Switch Platform to WebGL
3. Build And Run
Expected result: Permission for geolocation from the user is asked and shown on the screen
Actual result: Permission for geolocation from the user is not asked and no data is retrieved
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.10f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a17
Could not test with: 2021.2.0a18 (Unable to run the Build)
