[Localization] Locale Asset's Name is not saved when renaming it through the Inspector
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the Project window Search box, type English and select English (en) Locale asset
3. In the Inspector, change the Name to Test (or anything else)
4. Press Ctrl+S to save
Expected result: Name is saved
Actual result: Name is reverted to previous
Reproducible with: 0.7.0-preview - 0.9.0-preview (2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b3, 2021.2.0a2)
Could not test with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.18f1 (could not downgrade Locale assets)
Note: Issue is not reproducible when renaming Locale Asset in the Project window
