Regression
Yes
[Local] ParticleSystem.Stop will instantly destroy emitted particles that weren't visible
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "PartcileIssueScene"
3. Run it
4. Press G to start particle simulation
5. After a second, tap W and notice that invisible particle systems were being simulated although not visible - this is expected
6. Return to previous position and press H, this will call ParticleSystem.Stop
7. Press W and notice that there aren't any particles emitted and particle system is stopped immediately
Reproduced with: 5.4.0b17
Regression introduced in: 5.4.0b15 (but previous behavior was flawed as well)
