[LocalSimulationSpace] Particles with Local Simulation Space ignore collision
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the available scene
3. Play scene
Note: Red particles are set to Local Simulation Space
Note: Green particles are set to World Simulation Space
Result: Particles set to Local Simulation Space ignore collisions
