ListView does not scroll when dragging the element up or down

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-135164” project
2. Open Build Profiles
3. Make sure “SampleScene” is present in Scene List
4. Switch to Android Platform
5. Build and Run the project
6. Attempt to scroll the list by dragging an element

Actual result: List does not scroll up or down when dragging an element, does scroll when using scroll bar
Expected result: List scrolls with both using scroll bar and dragging an element

Reproducible with: 6000.3.8f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a7
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.68f1, 6000.3.7f1

Build on: macOS 26.3 (M1 Pro)
