Lists in the Inspector window do not expand to fill the available height when being drawn using UIToolkit
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “ListViewBug.zip” project
2. In the Hierarchy window, select “List” GameObject
3. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: The list doesn’t use all the available area in the Inspector window
Actual result: The list uses all the available area in the Inspector window
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a6, 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b13, 2023.3.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.2.0a5
Reproduced on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- not reproducible if enabling “Use IMGUI Default Inspector” in the Project Settings
- the editor window needs to be big to be able to see this issue

Resolution Note:
We limit the height so that ListView's content can be virtualized and to improve performance. We understand that it is not ideal UX-wise and plan to tackle this inspector virtualization as a separate feature in the feature. In the meantime, it is possible to create a custom property drawer that removes that max height, either with an inline style or by adding a stylesheet overriding the selector in question (.unity-property-field > .unity-collection-view).
