"List is empty" component in "Vulkan Device Filter" Inspector window has excessive spacing
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- Go to "Assets" -> "Create" ->"Rendering" -> "Device Filters" ->"Vulcan Device Filter"
- Select the asset to view it in the Inspector
- Expand the "Preferred Graphics Jobs Filters" section
- Observe the "List is Empty" section, which is displayed below the help box
Actual results: The section has too high spaces
Expected results: The gaps/spaces should be reduced
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a8
Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.3
Notes: The same issue occurs with the same component, displayed under the "Allow Filters" section.
