[Linux][X11] Editor Graphics API can't be set to OpenGL when running on an Nvidia Optimus laptop, prime offload enabled, and while using X11
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Observe the used Graphics Backend
3. Click Edit > Project Settings… > Player > Other Settings
4. Switch Graphics Backend to OpenGL
5. Observe the used Graphics Backend
Expected results: Project is opened with OpenGL Graphics Backend
Actual results: Project is opened with Vulkan Graphics Backend and “Could not find compatible OpenGL core profile version” error is thrown. Switching to Vulkan Graphics Backend restarts the Editor with Vulkan Graphics Backend
Reproduced with: 2021.3.40f1, 2023.1.0a23, 6000.0.9f1
Not reproduced with: 2022.2.0a1, 2022.3.36f1, 2023.1.0a22
Reproduced on: Ubuntu 22.04 (Nvidia prime offload, X11)
Not reproduced on: Ubuntu 24.04 (AMD GPU, X11), Windows 10, Ubuntu 24.04 (Nvidia prime offload, X11), Ubuntu 22.04 (Nvidia GPU, X11), Ubuntu 22.04 (Nvidia prime offload, Wayland), Ubuntu 22.04 (Intel iGPU, X11)

Resolution Note:
Seems to be an underlying issue with Ubuntu's nvidia offload support in 22.04 and appears to be fixed in 24.04.
Since the editor still continues to launch with vulkan and this occurs on a narrow set of OS versions and hardware, we're going to choose to not fix this issue.
