[Linux] Window location is not saved when reopening windows
Reproduction steps:
1. Have a multi-monitor setup: main monitor on the right, secondary - on the left
2. Create a new project
3. Observe the place where the Unity Editor window appears
4. Click Window > Package Manager
5. Observe the place where the Package Manager window appears
6. Move the Package Manager window elsewhere
7. Close the Package Manager window
8. Click Window > Package Manager
9. Observe the place where the Package Manager window appears
10. Try the 4-9th steps with different windows
Reproduced with: 2023.2.0b8, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Not reproduced with: 2022.3.56f1, 2023.2.0b7
Reproduced on: Ubuntu 24.04
Not reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro
Notes:
* Properties window (Assets > Properties) window appears on the main monitor but doesn’t remember its previous location
* About window (Help > About Unity) window appears on the center of the Unity Editor window
* In the “Not reproduced with” versions, Unity remembers the window position after closing the window, but quitting the maximized window reopens them in the upper left corner of the closed monitor in a not maximized state
