[Linux][Vulkan] Shader errors on building HDRP template
-error: when building the samplescene from the HDRP template several errors are being thrown

--create new hdrp template project
--start a build of the samplescene
--NOTICE errors being thrown
--there are no errors being thrown with 2020.1.2f1 Unity editor
