[Linux][URP] Red rendering artifacts visible in the Scene view when creating URP project and graphics API set to OpenGLCore
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project (3D (URP) or URP Sample)
2. Make sure the Scene view tab is opened
3. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: No rendering artifacts are visible in the Scene view
Actual result: Red rendering artifacts are visible in the Scene view
Reproducible with: 2023.1.19f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.3.0a13
Reproduced on: Linux 22.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 11, MacBook Pro Ventura 13.6 (M1 Max)
Note:
The issue is not reproducible when Graphics API is set to Vulkan

Resolution Note:
Issue is specific to integrated graphics (unsupported). Users should make sure dedicated GPUs are in explicit use via `prime-select`.
