[Linux] tvOS Module shown and presented as if it can be downloaded and used in Build Settings on Linux systems
How to reproduce:
1. Open up any project
2. Navigate to File > Build Settings...
3. Observe tvOS in the "Platform" section
Expected result: No tvOS module can be chosen
Actual result: tvOS module can be chosen and a link to installation to Hub is present despite tvOS not being supported on Linux systems
Reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Reproduces on: Ubuntu 18.04, CentOS7
