[Linux] The mouse wheel input is inverted when scrolling in the Build
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-89794” project
2. Build and Run the project (File > Build and Run)
3. Scroll Up or Down in the Player
Expected result: The Cube moves up or down depending on the scrolling
Actual result: The Cubes moves inverse, scrolling up moves the cube down, scrolling down moves the cube up
Reproducible with: 6000.0.20f1, 6000.0.29f1, 6000.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.54f1, 6000.0.19f1
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04, Ubuntu 22.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
