[Linux] The input focus does not switch when pressing the "Tab" key
Reproduction steps:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene in the Project window
3. Select the “Main Camera” GO in the Hierarchy window
4. Focus (Press) the “Position Y” input under the “Transform” Component in the Inspector window
5. Press the “Tab” key on the keyboard
Expected result: The focus switches to the “Position Z” input
Actual result: The focus does not switch
Reproducible with: 2022.3.14f1, 2022.3.21f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.2.13f1, 2023.3.0b10
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10

Unlike Microsoft Windows, in Ubuntu 22.04 with the Gnome Desktop the default is to prevent Alt+Tab from closing a context menu.
While some applications may dismiss the context menu on any keypress (Visual Studio Code and Firefox), all the distro-supplied utilities will block Alt+Tab if a context menu is open (File Explorer, Terminal, the desktop itself).
For this reason, we are keeping the behavior as-is.
