[LinuxEditor] Persistent notification pops up every time when unfocusing the Unity Editor
How to reproduce
1. Create and open a new Universal 2D project
2. Focus the Editor window
3. From the taskbar, select any other application
4. Observe the Taskbar and the notification
Actual result: Editor minimizes, but the icon keeps “wiggling“ in the taskbar and presents the “Unity <…> is ready“ notification
Expected result: Editor minimizes and does not produce any notifications
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a2, 6000.3.1f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.3.0a1
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04
