[Linux] "Out of memory!" crash when opening Unity on Ubuntu 20.04
Reproduction steps:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Observe the crash
Full error:
Out of memory!

GetManagerFromContext: pointer to object of manager 'MonoManager' is NULL (table index 5)

Reproducible with: 2019.4.12f1, 2020.1.9f1, 2020.2.0b7, 2021.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1
Notes:
- Reproduced on a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04
- The crash does not reproduce on Ubuntu 18.04, Windows, or macOS

I forgot to say, I am using Unity 2021.3.9f1.

I have met this several times on Ubuntu20.04.
To reproduce it easier, additional parameters `-force-vulkan -force-gfx-mt` can be appended before launching Editor.

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
We are unable to reproduce this in-house. We do extensive testing on Ubuntu 20.04. If there is a specific configuration that is exacerbating the issue, let us know.
