[Linux] Errors thrown about OpenGLCore not being supported when Vulkan is set as the active graphics API on Ubuntu 18.04
Repro steps:
1. Create a new HDRP template project
2. Notice errors in the Console
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Same errors thrown
Expected: No errors thrown
Actual: Errors comlaining about OpenGLCore not being supported when Vulkan is the active graphics API are thrown
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.1.0b2

Latest issues
- Redoing creation of Sub Scenes and Cube GameObjects in Hierarchy throws “Assertion failed on expression: 'targetScene != nullptr’” error in Console window
