[Linux Editor] Saving custom layout does not correctly saves the scale of windows
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create empty project.
2. Make your scene or inspector window very big.
3. Save your layout under any name.
4. Select the layout that you have just saved.
Expected result: Nothing should have changed.
Actual result: Only relative positions of windows saved, but size did not saved.
Reproduced on: 5.3.3f1 (7560298abfa5) (Ubuntu 14.04)
