[Linux] Editor language is not changed when selecting a different language
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Click Edit > Preferences
3. In the Preferences window, go to Languages
4. Select the Editor Language to anything other than English
5. Observe the Editor
Expected results: Editor language is changed to the selected language
Actual results Editor language is still English, even if the selected language is different
Reproducible with: 6000.0.23f1, 6000.0.25f1
Cannot test with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.22f (Editor does not work on a VM)
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: The best reproduction rate is when running Editor on an Ubuntu VM, but I managed to reproduce this once on normal Ubuntu installation
