[Linux][Editor] Editor crashes if drivers don't support OpenGL 3.1
Currently, if the GPU does not support OpenGL 3.1, Unity crashes with "Failed to initialize unity graphics".
Instead, it should detect that and pop up a message explaining our minimum requirements and that the current GPU does not meet them.
