[Linux] Editor does not import assets from the Asset Store when clicking "Open in Unity"
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Click Window > Asset Store
3. Find a free asset
4. Click “Open in Unity”
Expected result: The asset is imported into Unity Editor
Actual result: Ubuntu shows "No apps installed that can open "com.unity3d.kharma:content/<package id>". You can find more applications in Software” error
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.12f1, 2023.2.0b8, 2023.3.0a4
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 23.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
