[Linux][Vulkan] HDRP template freezes Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project (TestTrackSampl.zip)
2. Observe the crash (If the Editor doesn't crash immediately - rotate the camera around in the Scene view)
Reproducible with: 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.19f1, 2022.2.0b11, 2023.1.0a14

Could not test with: 2020.4.30f1
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 20.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
Notes:
1. The crash does not produce a normal stacktrace, only a native one
2. Not reproducible on a new URP, HDRP, or default render pipeline project
