[Linux Editor] Color Picker window gets stuck at certain size after resizing it
The Color Picker window, when resized, very often gets stuck, for example, if the window is shrunk, it cannot be expanded again.\
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open any project.
2) Open the Color Picker (from Camera, for example).
3) Click and drag the bottom-right corner of the Color picker window to reduce its size.
4) Release the mouse.
5) Try expanding the Color Picker window.
- If it didn't reproduce, open a new Color Picker window instance.
The window cannot be expanded on one or both dimensions (width or height), often hiding its contents. This can be worked around by opening a new Color Picker window instance. This doesn't occur with other pop-up windows.
Reproduced on:
5.6.0b3, 5.5.0p1
