[Linux] "Could not establish a connection with the Unity Package Manager local server process" error when launching a project
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new or open an existing project
Expected result: Editor opens up the project
Actual result: Package Manager fails with “Could not establish a connection with the Unity Package Manager local server process” error
Reproducible with: 6000.0.54f1 (4c506e5b5cc5), 6000.2.0a9 (2aeb7e9a02a2), 6000.2.0b11, 6000.3.0a3
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.54f1 (e776e1221811), 6000.1.13f1, 6000.2.0a8 (6bc6fbc26ac6)
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 25.04, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu 24.04.2, Arch Linux
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
Notes:
- There are users experiencing this issue on 6.1 stream too, but locally CQA was only able to reproduce it on 6.0 and 6.2 streams
- CQA was only able to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 25.04

I'm having exactly the same issue, i cannot start up the beta on ubuntu.
