[Linux] Building Player popup changes displays/heads with mouse
To reproduce:
1) Create new project
2) Build a player
3) During the process (when the progress bar appears), move the mouse to a different display
Expected: The progress bar stays in the same window
Actual: The progress bar moves to the active display when it hits the next step
Not reproduced in 2018.1.9f1
Reproduced in 2018.2.0b7, 2018.2.7f1
Not reproduced in Windows 10
