[Linux] [Android] OpenJDK downloaded through Hub is not recognized in the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Create or open any project in 2019.3 that was downloaded through the Hub (along with OpenJDK)
2. Navigate to Edit -> Preferences -> External Tools
3. Tick the 'JDK Installed with Unity (recommended)' checkbox in the Android section
Expected results: Editor recognizes the downloaded OpenJDK
Actual results: 'JDK is not installed with Unity!' error appears below the checkbox
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.6f1, 2020.1.0a3

- Only the 2019.3 stream is affected
