[Linux] After rearranging or resizing windows in the editor, areas of the editor will be blank on certain devices
To reproduce:
1) Create new project
2) Make sure it's maximised (the issue is easier to get there)
3) Try resizing any docked window
Parts of editor become blank after this until you unmaximise the window
Reproduced in 2018.2.0b7
Not reproduced in 2018.2.0b5

Reproduced in 2018.2.0f2 as well as 2018.2.0f1 on both Ubuntu 18.04 and Lubuntu18.14
Not reproduced in 2017.4.6f1 Lubuntu 18.04 (Not tested on Ubuntu yet)
Hint: When I'm opening a project from 2018.2 in 2017.4.6f1 there's a progress bar (compiling scripts) and it looks completely different than similar one in 2018.2. Maybe they're somehow related to this problem.
