LineRenderer gets drawn warped when max width is similar to distance between points
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1154426-LineRendererBug" project
2. Select "Line" in the Hierarchy
3. Set the Max Width to be 1.0
4. Set the width curve to be constantly at 0.5
Expected results: The line is rendered identically as it was before changes
Actual results: The line is warped
Reproducible with: 2017.4.27f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.3f1, 2019.2.0b2, 2019.3.0a3
