[Line Renderer] Tolerance value does not get reset on opening a new Editor
Tolerance value does not get reset on opening a new Editor. Ideally in new Editor components value should be set to the default value
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy > right-click > Effects > Line
3. Change the value of the Line > Inspector > Line Renderer > Tolerance to 15
4. Open a new Project
5. Hierarchy > right-click > Effects > Line
Expected Result: Tolerance value is set to the default value
Actual Result: Tolerance value is not set to default
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a17, 2020.1.0b15, 2019.4.2f1, 2018.4.23f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
