Line Renderer point creation occasionally connects to a random position before connecting to the clicked position
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create an Effects > Line
3. In the Inspector click the + button toggle
4. In the Scene View start adding points(e.g. a rectangle around the edges of the Scene View consisting of many points)
Expected result: the addition to the line renderer always connects the previous end of the line with the new point
Actual result: the addition to the line renderer sometimes jumps to a random point and only then connects to the new point
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a1, 2020.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b14
