Lightmaps in 5.4 packing poorly and resulting in double the size
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build lightmaps for Untitled scene
4. Notice that lightmap size is bigger compared to 5.3 (16 mb in 5.5, 48 mb in 5.4, 4mb in 5.3)

I just tried out the new system and lightmaps that used to fit into one texture have been split into two, leaving lots of wasted space.
