Actual result: The light falloff is not gradual in all directions

Is it possible to backport the fix for this to 2021.1.x? Perspective lighting in 2021.1.x was broken as of the 2021.1.14 release. Every release since 2021.1.13 (working as expected) has resulted in broken 2D lighting when using perspective cameras.
