Light Sources that are contained by disabled GameObject are not shown in Light Explorer
1. Open the attached Users project and "Light scene" scene
2. Go to Window --> Lighting --> Light Explorer
3. Observe the Lights in Hierarchy and in Light Explorer. Notice that one GameObject containing Light source is enabled, while another one is disabled
Expected result: GameObject is disabled, but the Light source contained by GameObject is still shown in a Light Explorer and instead is grayed out
Actual result: GameObject is disabled, and the Light source contained by GameObject disappears from Light Explorer window, making it hard to track all the lights in the complex scene
Reproducible with - 2017.2.0a4, 2017.1.0b10, 5.6.2f1
