Light/shadow information on an edge of a Terrain tile creates a seam with an adjacent Terrain tile when baking a LightMap

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “LightBakingIssueSceneRepro“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Move the “Arrow“ GameObject in the Scene view
4. Observe the Terrain

Expected result: No seam in the shadow at the edge of the Terrain tiles
Actual result: A seam in the shadow at the edge of the Terrain tile

Reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.47f1, 6000.0.20f1

Reproducible on: macOS 14.6.1 (Intel), Windows 10 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Notes:
- The seams appear at the edge of the Terrain tiles (which have adjacent Terrain tiles) when the edges go through a shadow
- Changing the value of Lightmap Padding has no effect
- Reproducible in the Player
