Gizmos are rendered as wireframe when Scene view Draw Mode is set to Wireframe
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "stw-21-1-christmas-tree-racers.zip" project
2. Open the "Main" Scene
3. Set the Scene view Draw Mode to Wireframe
4. Select the "CubeBug" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
5. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: Gizmos are drawn normally, and look exactly the same as when using Shaded Scene view Draw mode.
Actual result: Gizmos are drawn as wireframe. Flat gizmos are wireframe quads, and light probes are drawn as wireframe spheres.
This does not reproduce on builtin, it is a fault with the SRP's. A new URP project works fine for reproing.
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1
