Light Intensity animation does not save values
Steps to reproduce:
1) open attached project
2) select 'Point light' object
3) open 'animation' window
4) play the animation
Expected (gif attached): the light starts pulsating
Actual: the light intensity is static
Regression started 5.3.0f4
