Light flickers in Game view when the Rendering Path is set to Deferred and the Main Camera has subtle movement
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-99555” project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Open the Scene view and the Game view
4. Enter Game mode
5. Observe the result in the Scene and Game views
Expected result: The lights are not flickering
Actual result: The lights are flickering in the Game view
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a11, 6000.0.44f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a10, 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.1f, 6000.2.0a10
Fixed in: 6000.0.45f1
Reproducible on: MacOS 15.3 (M4), Windows 11 (by user)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Reproducible in Standalone Player
- The issue only reproduces when the Game view resolution is either Full HD (1920x1080), QHD (2560x1440), or 4K UHD (3840x2160)
- “MoveALittle.cs” script controls the “Main Camera” GameObject’s position. The position change is minimal, and the camera appears stationary, however, the lights are flickering as if the camera movement was much more noticeable
